The staff were really helpful, and very honest. I came in to get an updated inspection, and they checked over my whole car top to bottom, inside and out, as well as tightening several things for me, for free, just to genuinely make sure I was driving away safely. That is so rare. I truly appreciated the service, as well as the detailed and priced printout of needed maintenance. So organized and easily understood.

I have brought two vehicles here over several years now. I always get honest appraisals of my cars and honest feedback on what is needed right away and what can wait till my next paycheck. The staff has outstanding customer service skills. Polite, friendly, and professional at all times. Darleen is a very courteous, very friendly, very personable person that is down to earth and easy to talk to. She takes pride in her job and I really appreciate the automotive knowledge she shares and the kindness she exhumes every time I go there. Highly recommended place to bring your car for repairs or inspections If you want to get superior work done in a clean and respectable establishment by professional mechanics at a fair price, then you should really consider bringing your vehicle here.

I feel I had a very bad experience. I just needed an only was able to afford an oil change and I respect and understand the mechanics fully go over the car and give a list of items in need. What I don’t appreciate is the woman in the office I felt was pressuring me over and over again after I said no many times and now I will no longer go there for business. I will tell people not to go there for business , when a customer says no wants That means no please don’t continue to do that to other customers that is terrible to do to somebody.

I took my car for an inspection at the Midas in Warwick on 5/20/26. On that date, they informed me that my brakes failed and they could not pass me until they were replaced. I agreed as I had no concerns about them being done, especially given they were able to be completed same day. My total for the inspection and brakes was $1,029. Almost immediately after leaving, I noticed an awful noise coming from under the drivers side each time I hit a bump or slowed down. I originally chalked it up to the new brakes needing a few days to adjust (yes, I know - not the brightest in hindsight). I ended up taking it back on 5/30/26 after there remained no resolution. I presented a video of the noise, that was occurring every single day, every time I drove the car. When they test drove it, I was told they “couldn’t replicate it.” Which I didn’t agree with, so they took it for a second test drive without incident. I was told they rechecked my brakes, that it was not at all related, and that my car was safe to drive. When I directly pointed out the correlation between getting the brakes replaced and the noise, the two women at the front desk told me it “could be a coincidence” and was “likely an

Had a fantastic experience getting my car serviced here! The staff were super friendly and really knowledgeable, making sure everything was done right. I left feeling confident and satisfied, would definitely recommend them!
